Dr. Robin is a trained I /O psychologist in the science of human behavior. Her specialty is to assist individuals and organizations relating to work and applies psychological theories and principles in the workplace and individually. Dr. Robin is trained in the scientist–practitioner model and is focused on contributing to an organization's success by improving the performance, motivation, job satisfaction, and occupational safety and health as well as the overall health and well-being of its employees. Dr. Robin specializes in research on employee behaviors and attitudes, and how these can be improved through hiring practices, training programs, feedback, and management systems.

Dr. Robin Goins holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Golden Gate University, a master’s and PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. She is an award winning experienced on ground and online Professor and serves as adjunct faculty for several colleges and universities. In addition to her on ground teaching experience, she has over 15 years of extensive experience in the online instruction medium and work extensively in online curriculum development and working to bring quality online education to the world. Robin has over 35 years of professional business and consulting experience working as an executive coach and trainer helping organizations, executives and managers develop strategies and successfully transition into their personal and career goals. In addition, Robin consults for multiple organizations in the U.S. and abroad on non-profit and for-profit business development strategies and is a national speaker on innovative psychology strategies in business with a focus in business and human resource development.
